How To Return An Item
Would you like to return something? No, problem! All you need is the return label shipped with your purchase. The first 7 days after delivery of your purchase, the return shipment cost is on us. Email Support@mycira.com to request a refund, and we will assign you a tracking #. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase, and the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags still attached in order to be accepted.
After the first 7 days grace period, if you are using the provided shipping label, a Return Shipping charge of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. In the case of mis-shipment or damages on the original purchase, please contact us for conciliation. Please drop off your return package with the Return Shipping Label affixed to your nearest UPS drop location.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and print of the original receipt.
4. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Hair accessories, hats, makeup, earrings, underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling cost paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
International Returns and Exchanges
Cira is not responsible regarding custom’s policies of the U.S. or of custom policies in the destination Country. Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price merchandise that is return shipped within 15 days of delivery date. In the case of return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the original item(s) and sending the new item(s). For international shipping Cira cannot provide return shipping labels. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Cira is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For specific information regarding custom policies and fees, please contact your local customs office.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS UPS FedEx DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the total cost of shipping, and you will still have a chance to edit your purchase before placings the final order.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. What Information Do We Collect? We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address Shipping Address Email Address Credit Card Information In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data.
